Following the confirmation of your appointment you will receive an email with an invoice for the session. The invoice needs to be paid in full a minimum of 24 hours before the session, with confirmation of payment (bank/transfer receipt) sent to

WHY DO I NEED TO PAY IN ADVANCE?
Julie Robinson Mind Training books and pays for professional room hire for your session in advance. The request for the client to pay for their session in advance not only shows that the client is committed to the session, it covers the room hire and session left vacant in the event that the client does not show up.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Julie Robinson Mind Training requires at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling any appointments. If this does not occur, there is an $95 per hour booked cancellation fee.
IS HYPNOTHERAPY COVERED BY MEDICARE OR PRIVATE HEALTH FUNDS?
Hypnotherapy clients cannot claim sessions with Medicare or private health funds.
